Compliance Evidence
⚠ Partially documented – no complete RoHS certificate available. Evidence via manufacturer documentation.
Evidence: Not documented as an explicit RoHS declaration. Only indirect substance statements in the Extrudr Regulatory Information Sheet (RIS).
Compliant with the EU chemicals regulation REACH (EC) No. 1907/2006. Contains no SVHC substances (Substances of Very High Concern) above threshold values.
Evidence: Documented per Extrudr RIS: free of SVHC >0.1%, no Annex XVII/XIV substances.
⚠ Partially documented – evidence via manufacturer documentation under defined conditions. No complete FDA certificate on file.
Evidence: Documented per Extrudr RIS: EU 1935/2004, EU 10/2011, LFGB and FDA 21 CFR under defined conditions. Applies to the filament material. Evaluate the printed part and process conditions separately.
The evidence listed applies to the filament or raw material per manufacturer documentation. Regulatory clearance of the printed final product – particularly for food contact, medical devices, electrical applications or UL-relevant parts – is not automatically included and must be evaluated on a project-specific basis. Technical machine assignment is handled internally.

Material Profile
GreenTEC Pro disproves the assumption that “bio” and “high performance” are mutually exclusive. Extrudr’s PLA/PHA compound reaches 120 °C heat deflection after a simple annealing treatment – a value that surpasses many conventional high-performance polymers.
The Key to 120 °C HDT: Annealing
The material contains a PHA component (polyhydroxyalkanoate) that enables post-crystallization. The protocol:
- Place the freshly printed part in a cold oven
- Heat to 90 °C (slowly, ~2–3 °C/min)
- Hold for 6 hours
- Let cool to room temperature in the oven
Result: crystallinity rises from ~30% to ~55–65% → HDT rises from ~60 °C to ~120 °C.
Sustainability Certification in Mechanical Engineering
| Standard | Status |
|---|---|
| TÜV Austria OK Industrial | Certified (compostable in industrial facilities) |
| FDA 21 CFR | Partially documented via RIS (filament material; evaluate part separately) |
| EU 10/2011 | Partially documented via RIS (under defined conditions) |
| REACH | Documented (RIS: SVHC-free, no Annex XVII/XIV substances) |
| RoHS | Partially documented (only indirect RIS substance statements, no formal declaration) |
For OEM customers with sustainability reporting requirements (ESG, EU taxonomy), GreenTEC Pro provides auditable documentation of its bio-based material origin.
