Material Profile
Matte PLA contains a matting additive that diffuses reflections on the surface. Unlike Silk PLA (glossy), Matte PLA surfaces appear velvety-matte – layer lines are strongly reduced visually.
For design presentations and customer showcases, Matte PLA produces the most professional look without manual rework (sanding, painting). It remains, however, a purely decorative material without technical certification.
